These terms govern your use of GEO-AI ("the Service"), operated by Hol Group SAS (trading in partnership with La Corte de los Búhos) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Hol Group SAS.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. You must be authorised to monitor any brand you add and provide accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use GEO-AI to harass, defame, scrape protected systems, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, attempt to breach security, or circumvent the rate limits of the AI providers we query on your behalf. You are responsible for your prompts and how you use the outputs.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, documentation, branding, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Hol Group SAS and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Paid plans renew on the cadence shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Reports & accuracy

Reports reflect the output of third-party AI models at the time of querying. We do not warrant that any AI assistant will behave the same way in the future, and outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, in case of: (a) material breach of these Terms, (b) non-payment, (c) security or fraud risk, (d) abusive or unlawful use, or (e) repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

8. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hol Group SAS is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
