Availability
We commit to 99% monthly platform availability, excluding scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance and outages of third-party AI models. Service credits are described in the Terms.
Onboarding
Every account gets a guided onboarding assistant. Agency and Enterprise customers get dedicated onboarding with our account management team.
