This refund policy applies to purchases of GEO-AI, operated by Hol Group SAS (in partnership with La Corte de los Búhos).

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email our support team at geo.ai@lacortedelosbuhos.com and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.

After the refund window

After the 30-day window, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
